This notice covers the public marketing website, not a future customer application or design-partner agreement.
The short version
The contact page includes a form that prepares a message in your own email application. The website does not transmit or store the form content, and you decide whether to send the prepared email.
Direct email
If you email us, the information you choose to provide is processed in the relevant email service so we can respond, evaluate your request, and maintain necessary correspondence. Do not send regulated records or third-party personal data in an initial enquiry.
Technical logs
The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request metadata, timestamps, and security events needed to deliver and protect the site. Retention and location depend on the approved hosting configuration.
Measurement
The site contains privacy-safe event hooks but no analytics vendor is enabled by this build. If measurement is enabled later, this notice must be updated before collection begins. Event instrumentation does not accept names, email addresses, or message content.
Your choices
You may ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable. Identity verification may be required before a request is fulfilled.

Material changes will be reflected on this page. The effective date for this revision is 16 July 2026.
